In accordance with the DECREE LAW 9/2024 of 2 August No. 9910 we inform you about the House and Community rules:
Apartment Vistamar house rules
- Self-catering apartment: During the stay there is no daily cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels. The use of washing machine,iron, hoover, broom and dustpan is provided.
- Air conditioning: Please use the air conditioning responsibly and turn it off when no one is in the apartment. The recommended comfort temperature is 25ºC.
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- Lock the front doors: Make sure you lock the front doors every time you leave the apartment.
- Towels: Bath towels should only be used inside the apartment. Do not bring pool towels to the beach.
- Dishwasher: Please use the highest temperature programme
- Washing machine: Do not wash towels with bleach.
- Oven: Please clean the oven after each use. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of € 25.
- Duvets and pillows: Do not use duvets and pillows without their covers
- Sun loungers: Do not bring the sun loungers from the terrace to the swimming pool
- Router: Do not reset the router
- Awning: In case of strong wind, please retract the awning.
- Ventilate the apartment: Due to the humidity and in order to avoid condensation damage, please ventilate the apartment twice a day, especially in winter.
- Couch: Please do not sit on the couch when covered in sunscreen
- Rubbish:
- Please separate waste.
- Place your rubbish in the bins located 50 m behind the last house on Vistamar Street.
- Bottles, glass and paper should be deposited in the containers located in Polígono Encinas street.
- Do not leave any rubbish or plastic bags inside the apartment or in the street, on the pavement, in the corridors or outside the front door.
- Pets:
- Request for prior authorisation for the admission of pets at the time of booking needed.
- In the case of dogs, the breed and size must be indicated.
- Maximum number of pets admitted: 2
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time.
- Pets should not be left alone and unsupervised in the apartment or on the street
- Damages: any damage must be reported immediately.
Community rules
- Resting time: Please avoid disturbing noises from 13:30 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00
- Parking: Cars should be parked diagonally.
- Vistamar Street: Vistamar Street is a one-way street and the speed limit is 30 Kmh.
- Swimming pool:
- The swimming pool is only accessible to the owners, their guests or their tenants.
- Please keep the gates closed
- Opening hours: The swimming pool can be used between 08.00 hours and 20.00 hours.
- Please respect the opening hours, safety advice and rules of conduct posted on the pool signs.
- Use of the pool at your own risk:
- The pool area should only be used by people who can swim or accompanied by someone who can swim.
- Children must always be accompanied by their parents or adults who can accept full responsibility for them.
- Glasses and bottles must not be brought into the pool area.
- It is forbidden to smoke, use air mattresses, balls and other toys when other users are in the pool, with the exception of the baby pool area.
- Sun loungers:
- Must not be moved from the pool area.
- Do not keep them occupied with a towel or book without being present in the pool area.
- You may bring your own private sun lounger or chair into the pool area.
